ACU-RITE®
and Metronics Digital Readout Systems
If you
want quality and accuracy a digital readout system ACU-RITE
or Metronics is the way to go. They have become national
leaders of measurement equipment for many years now.
Digital Readouts can be installed on many pieces of
equipment such as;

Lathes and other machinery
Are you
still using dials for accuracy? Most machinery, no
matter what kind or what company made them, have error
when they leave the factory. Older machinery that is
still in use may have back lash. And because of that
dials on Mills, Lathes and Grinder are not that
accurate.
No Digital Readout
If your
operators are using a micrometer and gage blocks or pins
on an "Optical Comparator" they may not be checking as
close as they could. They may not be close at all.
Wouldn't you like to know that your inspection equipment
is within OEM tolerance or better?
Older Digital Readouts
Many of
the older digital readouts that are out there do not
have "Error Compensation". Error compensation is used to
eliminate error as much as possible. They where good
when the technology was new but now there is a new way
of doing things, the right way!

density due to temperature and humidity variations. This
stability provides exceptional accuracy down to ± 1.5µm
(.00006")
ACU-RITE
scales are available in travel from 1" - 773" and in
resolutions from 0.5µm (.00002") to 10µm (.0005") .
